Enrollment & Information Form

Thank you for your interest in enrolling to our summer classes or language tutoring. Please complete this form to finalize your enrollment. During the first session, you will be invited to sign the electronic documents as agreed through this form: Terms & Conditions, Cancellation policy and Image and audio/video waiver.

Payments: A Paypal invoice would be sent to the Parent's emails for payment before the beginning of camps/classes
